Les Hollander is Global Head of Ad Products and Partner Sales at Spotify. In this role Les is responsible for developing the Spotify audio and video monetization strategy across the globe, as well as evangelizing the Spotify digital audio video ad platform to brand partners, agencies and programmatic buyers. This role also participates in coordinating  measurement, insights, data solutions  for these ad products.

Les also oversees our partner sales efforts in 30+ markets that do not have direct sales teams as well as our sales efforts for all new market launches.

Prior to joining Spotify, Les served as Vice President of Digital Sales at Gannett, where he was responsible for the development and execution of the company’s strategic digital sales plan that drove over $300M+ in revenue across 82 sites. Les was also Vice President of Sales/Director, Eastern Region Radio Sales, at Pandora.com, where he successfully paved the way for the company to generate 50% of its revenues from mobile platforms and also drove incremental sales increase of $407M over a 4-year period. Les has also held positions at CBS Radio and Clear Channel, among other national companies.​
