Karen Gough is the Vice President of Indoor Positioning Systems and Services at Philips Lighting. In her current role, Karen is responsible for setting the strategy and driving implementation of innovative LED lighting systems capable of digitizing physical spaces across North America. Karen has a rich background with more than 20 years of sales and management experience where she has led large teams supporting key customer accounts including Walmart, Nordstrom, Kroger, Marriott, Under Armour, and Costco among others. Before joining Philips Lighting, Karen has held various leadership positions with innovative industry leader Lutron Electronics. A recognized thought leader and subject matter expert, Karen has previously spoken at events like LBMA’s RetailLoco and referenced in press coverage.
