Trung Huynh, Digital Director at The Coffee House, leads the digital transformation strategy for The Coffee House. He leads the team in exploring the new channel over E-commerce, mobile and delivering digital experiences for The Coffee House customers. With 15 years experience in Digital & E-commerce sector, he has seen the industry in different perspectives, as a technical expert, operation manner or product manager point of view. Prior to joining The Coffee House, Trung was the Director of Fulfillment Service at VNP Group where he oversaw the fulfillment operations for Vatgia.com marketplace. Before that, Trung was the Head of Operations and Product Manager of Project Lana where he built the operation to support Project Lana e-commerce websites. Trung has earned his Engineering degree in ICT from Fontys University of Applied Science, Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
