Geraldine Calpin is the CMO at Hilton Worldwide, responsible for setting the strategic direction for Hilton’s digital guest agenda, and maximising commercial advantage from all direct digital channels.  Ms. Calpin joined Hilton Worldwide in 2002. During her tenure, she was responsible for the launch of Hilton’s pioneering digital check-in with room selection solution at over 4,000 hotels, the introduction of its eCommerce function and the development of its unique eCommerce and demand generation program for hotels globally.  Ms.Calpin was recognised in 2015 by CNN as one of the 11 people globally who are changing the way we travel.   Prior to joining Hilton Worldwide, Ms. Calpin held various roles within the travel industry, including sales, planning, operations and marketing roles at Trusthouse Forte and Le Méridien Hotels.
