Graduated in BA, Fuencisla starts her career in the Retail world in Continente (Promodes company bought by Carrefour in 2000). After her MBA at IESE in 2000 she joins McKinsey&Company, where she spends 7 years providing strategic.

advice to Marketing and Retail companies in Spain and France. In 2007 Fuencisla joins Carrefour as Homeware Director, in charge of sales and purchasing functions for the whole network in Spain (160 Hypermarkets, ~100 supermarkets).

She abandons the “physical world” and jumps into the online business in March 2009 when she joins Google as Retail and FMCG Industry Leader in Spain. Since then, she has been supporting different industries in their migration to the internet, like Automotive, Telecom, Consumer Electronics. She is currently Director for Retail, and travel and leads the mobile initiative cross country.
