Andy Chu is the Divisional Vice President and General Manager of the Mobile and Community Experiences (MCE) at Sears Holdings. Andy leads the MCE product organizations and is responsible for the P&L of the Sears and Kmart mobile business. Sears Holdings Corporation has been recognized by a number of industry analysts and experts for its innovative technology approach to Omni-channel integration and its Loyalty Program. Prior to Sears, Andy spent over 11 years at Microsoft where he held a number of leadership roles in product, strategy, planning, and business development spanning Bing Mobile and Local, Mobile Messaging, cloud computing, low-cost PC in emerging markets and enterprise software businesses.

During his tenure at Microsoft, Andy structured a number of strategic telecom operator and OEM deals, including Nokia, Samsung, RIM, Orange Group, Vodaphone, China Mobile, Korea Telecom, etc. Andy has over 15 years of experience in the consumer services, mobile, search, enterprise IT and telecom industries, where he previously worked at Verizon Communications in RF engineering, product management, and strategic planning.
