Andrew Flack is Vice President - Product Marketing & Customer Insights for Hilton Worldwide. The Product Marketing Group is responsible for designing and delivering packaged and individually priced products that are the closest possible match to customer needs. Examples include weekend packages, products to encourage repeat purchase, and new ways of retailing in the meetings and events (M&E) space. The Customer Insights department provides actionable insights into consumers’ needs, motivations and behavior, identifying market segment growth opportunities while optimizing product definition and marketing effectiveness.

A 25-year hotel industry veteran, Mr. Flack previously led Global Brand Marketing for Hilton Hotels & Resorts where he was responsible for advertising, visual identity, public relations, strategic partnerships and brand promotions for the leisure and business segments. Prior to that he was Vice President Sales and Marketing Asia Pacific, where he created a new marketing organization in support of emerging growth markets and extended Hilton's global sales network into new countries such as China, India and Korea. Previous assignments for Hilton have taken Flack to Europe, Australia and Singapore. Born in Malta, he is a dual citizen of Britain and Australia and holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He and his wife have two daughters and reside in Northern Virginia.
