New Delhi, September 21, 2012 – Maxus India is the winner of the agency of the year award at the inaugural The Smarties™ India 2012 Awards presented by Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) across 15 categories today. The Smarties™ is the only global awards program dedicated exclusively to mobile marketing and recognizes local, regional and international campaigns in a  global contest that truly showcases the ‘best of the best’ in the industry. Maxus India is also the winner of the Campaign of the Year award for “Light powered Media for Light Powered watch” campaign. The Media Company of the Year award went to vserv.mobi.
 
The first The Smarties™ India 2012 awards winners were adjudged by a global jury of senior brand marketers and advertising executives under the guidance of Jury Chair Vishnu Mohan, Chief Executive Officer, Havas Media Asia Pacific.
