Mobile Marketing Leader Selected as Exclusive Industry Partner for Mobile Event

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, APRIL 27th 2009 – SmartReply, the country’s largest mobile advertising network and mobile solutions provider in the United States, has been selected to represent the industry as the only mobile marketing partner at the Go Mobile 2009 conference on May 3rd, 4th and 5th in San Francisco. The conference represents the leading edge of thinkers and decision makers from across the entire mobile ecosystem.

As the mobile industry continues to grow rapidly, both in subscribers (projected to top 298 million in the US and Canada before 2010 ) and revenue potential (mCommerce revenue alone grew 65.6% last year ), the Go Mobile event will discuss new ideas, best practices and the next turning point for the mobile industry. The conference, hosted by Frost & Sullivan, brings together innovators and leaders from every corner of the mobile and wireless industry. SmartReply’s involvement with Go Mobile 2009 reinforces the company’s leadership position, and commitment to advancing the adoption of the mobile channel as a valuable medium to marketers and consumers.

SmartReply was selected as the exclusive industry partner to manage the mobile marketing portion of the conference agenda, and will be handling the in-conference SMS polling as well as demonstrating new interactive mobile initiatives. Go Mobile – text to 31989, was created by SmartReply exclusively for use at the event.
SmartReply will be involved in both daylong sessions of Go Mobile 2009, with demonstrations and a presentation from SmartReply’s Vice President of Mobile Services, Chris Torbit, who will also be anchoring the mobile marketing and advertising panel discussion on Day 2. SmartReply is providing the express consent and dedicated opt-in microsite for the Go Mobile conference www.expressconsent.com/gomobile, which will deliver a welcome message to attendees’ mobile devices (upon their opting-in, of course), as well as additional mobile
messaging throughout the event.

“We consider SmartReply as a leader in the mobile marketing field,” said Todd Day, Industry Analyst at Frost & Sullivan, Go Mobile 2009’s host. “Every year, we aim to assemble the best of the mobile industry at Go Mobile, and chose SmartReply as our mobile partner in 2009.”

Already North America’s leader in mobile marketing for top retail brands since 2001, SmartReply recently completed its acquisition of mSnap, the largest SMS advertising network in the United States, allowing the company to deliver targeted, relevant mobile messaging on an unprecedented scale. The combination of SmartReply’s leading voice and SMS technology platform and mSnap’s vast network represents the largest capacity for comprehensive mobile marketing communications in the United States.

Go Mobile 2009 will be held May 3-5, 2009 at the Grand Hyatt in San Francisco.
