The MMA chooses a select group of marketing and mobile experts to make up the Advisory Board for each MMA Forum globally. The Advisory Board will work with the MMA and regional Managing Director to provide ideas and feedback during the program planning process.

While most kids were grappling with the realities of growing up, Vishal took a head start and started his first company – FACT, soon after finish school at the ripe young age of 16.

In 1999, he founded Indiagames, then a five member team. Today he leads a global operation with over 300 employees and offices in Mumbai, Beijing, London and Los Angeles making Indiagames one of the leading mobile game companies globally. Today he is recognized as being instrumental in starting and growing the Gaming Industry in India.

He was part of The Nokia Advisory Council for Games and actively advices Nokia on wireless and gaming technologies and is a much sought after speaker at gaming and wireless technology conferences. Indiagames under Vishal’s leadership was featured amongst Red Herring Asia’s Top 100 companies in 2005.

Amongst his other achievements and industry recognitions include being featured among the top 40 Indian entrepreneurs by Business Today magazine in 2001; an E&Y Indian Entrepreneur of the year award nomination in 2004 and most recently being listed among the top 50 executives in the mobile content space by the UK based Mobile Entertainment Magazine. This list featured the likes of Steve Jobs of Apple. Vishal also features among the 20 Fab Indians to watch out for in 2006 by The Week magazine.

Barney Loehnis joined Ogilvy in February 2010 to head up OgivlyOne’s digital offering across Asia Pacific and to help integrate digital services seamlessly across the Ogilvy Group. Barney joined from Isobar where he built and lead Aegis’s digital network across APAC, culminating in 2009 when Carat / Isobar won Media Asia Pacific “Agency of the Year”.

Prior to coming to Asia four years ago Barney ran Warner Bros’ Online division across EMEA and managed the commercial development as well as marketing strategies for all WB releases from 2001-2005; prior to that he developed digital services and eCommerce for the UK’s largest book, music and DVD retailer and in 2000 he helped launch Citikey ? a pioneering mobile city guide service - which delivered location based content to phones and PDA’s in 17 cities across Europe.

On leaving school Barney walked 6,000kms from Istanbul back to London, in 1989. He went on to read Philosophy at Bristol University. In 1993 Barney then embarked on a journey walking 9,000kms across China, and was the first person to retrace Mao’s Long March on foot. Joshua Maa is the Founding Member and Board Director of MMA APAC (Mobile Marketing Association, Asia Pacific Region), and the Co-Chair of Global Mobile Advertising Committee. The Committee developed and released mobile advertising guidelines which have been widely applied by most global mobile advertising players.

Before founding Madhouse, Joshua Maa was EVP at TOM Online, where he managed the Wireless Business & Operations and International Business Development teams, and helped Tom become the largest Wireless Value-Added Service Provider by revenue in China in 2005.

Before TOM Online, Joshua was the Founding CEO of Rock Mobile Corporation, Greater China's leading Mobile Music Entertainment Service Provider.

Joshua has over 19 years of managerial experience in Greater China’s New Media, entertainment, and Consumer Marketing industries.

Colin co-founded i-POP and is a renowned mobile media expert, industry evangelist and conference speaker having spoken at more than 150 conferences, seminars and workshops worldwide. In 2011 he was elected as Chair for MEF Asia; part of a global mobile industry association. He has had two peer reviewed White Papers on mobile media integration published for the Broadcast Asia conference in Singapore.

At i-POP, Colin has held the Business Development, Product, Marketing, Sales and Operations portfolios; he also focused upon corporate matters and innovation strategy – as well as servicing its long-standing clients such as ESPN STAR Sports and FremantleMedia. Colin also brought to commercial reality the latest interactive solutions, such as Augmented Reality and Social Media. i-POP has recently been acquired by listed company InternetQ [LSE:INTQ] and as such he is forging ahead within the fast-changing Mobile Value Added services and mobile marketing domains, including Social Commerce, mCommerce & Super Promos

Sean joined Prudential Corporation Asia in 2009 and champions innovation and the development of integrated marketing solutions supporting both Prudential's Life (12 markets) and Asset Management (10 markets) businesses across Asia. Recently, he created Cha-Ching—an animated, musical series airing on Cartoon Network to help parents develop money smart kids.

Prior to joining Prudential, he was Regional General Manager (American Express) at Ogilvy & Mather Asia Pacific and Managing Director, OgilvyOne Hong Kong. His team grew into the largest integrated marketing agency in Hong Kong (awarded Agency of the Year honors three years consecutively) and produced high impact campaigns for clients including American Express, BlackRock, The Economist, The Venetian Macao, Hong Kong Disneyland and SmarTone-Vodafone.

He has held several marketing positions with Sprint Communications and started his marketing career at Hallmark Cards, Inc. A former naval officer, Sean served aboard two ships during his five years of service.

Sean is active in the Asian marketing community having served as the Chairman of the Mobile Marketing Association Asia Pacific (2009-2010) and of the Hong Kong 4As Interactive and Direct Committee (2001-2008). A noted industry speaker, he has been a guest lecturer at a number of Hong Kong universities.

Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Sean earned a MBA from the Thunderbird Global School of Business and BS from the United States Naval Academy. He enjoys hiking Hong Kong’s trails with his wife and two children.

Neeraj began his career in the hospitality industry with the Taj Group of Hotels. After a successful decade in the service industry, he moved on to establish hungama.com in 1999. Today Hungama is the largest aggregator, developer and publisher of Bollywood & South Asian entertainment content in the world, having worldwide exclusive rights to over half a million music and video titles.

Neeraj always wanted to be an entrepreneur right from his early days in business school. After 16 years in industry, today, Neeraj is known as an innovator, and is sought for his vision in the digital and mobile entertainment industry. Neeraj has built a business that is at an inflection point and a team that is highly motivated and believes in his vision.

Aditya is also working on developing tools & models to tackle the complex consumer landscape of the Indian sub-continent, with a specific emphasis on customized communication.
