About the Role:


Responsibilities:



  • Manage team of Partner Managers (approximately 4+) to maximize client satisfaction while growing and managing existing relationships.

  • Build deep executive level relationships with top retailers partners.

  • Conduct market research and evaluate partner needs when identifying opportunities. 

  • Deliver on team KPIs: revenue growth, partnerships being managed and sales targets. 

  • Work closely with cross functional teams to guide our retailer and marketing strategy.

  • Be the voice of the Retailer within RMN, and strengthen our value proposition within team and cross-functionally.


Qualifications:



  • 10+ years experience in account management, business development and/or client services with at least 3+ years of team management experience.

  • Strong knowledge of and experience in Online Advertising and the Retail Industry. 

  • Track record of building relationships on an executive level.  Proven track record of growing existing clients.     

  • Excellent track record attracting, retaining and developing high performing talent.  

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to leverage market knowledge and partner feedback to work and develop go to market strategies.

  • Strong persuasive communication skills. Ability to develop and deliver client ready presentations. 

  • Confirmed and proven track record of building a strong sales pipeline and managing revenue forecasts. Knowledge of Salesforce necessary.

RetailMeNot - Partner Manager

About the Role:


The Partner Manager reports into one of the Partner Manager Account Directors.  The partner manager is a client facing role and is responsible for strengthening and optimizing relationships with mid-tier merchant partners in assigned portfolio. 

Responsibilities & Project Work:       



  • Develop and manage online advertising partner relationships achieving revenue targets for assigned accounts

  • Optimize existing relationships by negotiating better commission rates, program terms and consumer offers

  • Represent RetailMeNot, Inc. at trade shows and industry events

  • Work closely with Operations and online Merchandising teams to optimize advertiser performance on RetailMeNot, Inc. sites

  • Develop and deliver client ready presentations

  • Evaluate and analyze data to identify and implement optimization strategies for merchant partners

  • Ability to develop and deliver client ready presentations


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Has a bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, or liberal arts or communications from a four-year college or university

  • 4+ years experience in new business development and/or partner management is strictly required

  • Experience in online advertising or B2C e-commerce industry and technology

  • Track record of building, growing and retaining productive client/partner relationships

  • Must have closing and account management soft skills.  Strong persuasive communication skills

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Self motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced and results driven environment

  • Ability to develop and execute account plans that will achieve revenue targets

  • Affiliate Marketing and Salesforce experience a plus

Responsibilities:



  • Build a pipeline of active prospects through calls, meetings, and industry events

  • Understand each prospect’s marketing objectives, competitors within their vertical, and how solutions from mGage can help them achieve their marketing goals

  • Effectively manage the prospect pipeline and targeted new business revenue within account list/territory


Required Experience & Qualifications:




  • Strong understanding of the mobile marketing & advertising eco-system

  • Minimum 6-10 years of selling digital/interactive marketing & advertising and/or digital media solutions; mobile marketing sales experience preferred

  • Experience selling to senior marketers (client direct)

  • Contacts and sales experience within retail, financial services, and travel are highly desirable

  • Proven track record in over-achieving quarterly and annual quota

The Director of Web Marketing is responsible for strategic planning and high-level management of the Web Marketing department, which supports all Internet marketing needs of The Culinary Institute of America.  To accomplish these responsibilities, the Director of Web Marketing manages the Web Marketing team; directs the creation, maintenance and evolution of the college’s institutional web sites; directs the creation and maintenance of “outbound” communications tools and the timely execution of all communications; creates, supports and advances college presence in third-party Web social-networking environments; creates and executes online programs and tools that support customer acquisition; and supports communication effectiveness by researching and capitalizing on technological changes and related best practices.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Creates web marketing strategies and implementation plans that support the needs of all CIA campus locations, including  but not limited to degree recruitment, continuing education recruitment, advancement engagement and donations, alumni relations engagement, restaurant sales, and food enthusiast program sales.
•    Fosters superior customer relationships that encourage successful creativity between the web marketing team and its internal department customers
•    Creates, maintains and evolves all college web sites and micro-sites.
•    Manages web site Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategies; monitors ranking performance and directs site adjustments.
•    Selects and manages college e-mail tools and databases; directs the timely execution of college e-mail and e-newsletter programs.
•    Creates, maintains and evolves the CIA’s YouTube presence.
•    Monitors Facebook trends and ensures college Facebook sections are effective by mentoring section owners, promoting best practices, and providing design support.
•    Develops and implements online advertising programs - e.g. on social networks and search engines.
•    Researches, recommends and executes plans that capitalize on the latest tools and trends in web and mobile web marketing.
•    Performs statistical analyses to gain insight about web marketing campaigns.  Provides recommendations for optimization of future campaigns.
•    Creates web page prototypes and high-importance web pages as needed for business support using Adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Dreamweaver.
•    Creates appealing / persuasive web graphics using digital images provided by the CIA’s Creative Services department using Adobe PhotoShop or Adobe Illustrator.
•    Creates banner ads for web marketing campaigns as needed for business support using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Macromedia Flash MX.
•    Ensures that all digital media follow the CIA Style Guide recommendations to maintain the CIA brand identity.
•    Maintains URL domain registrations.
•    Directs, hires, evaluates and supervise the web marketing department staff. 
•    Any and all other duties as required.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in E-Commerce, Information Technologies or a related field.

Experience:
•    Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in Web Design, including overall direction and ownership of a site.
•    Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•    Proficiency in Marketing principles and practices, as they relate to branding, target marketing, digital marketing and/or social media.

REQUIRED SKILLS
•    High level of proficiency in the following software applications:
o    Macromedia Dreamweaver MX
o    Macromedia Flash MX
o    Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
o    Google Analytics
o    Web Position
•    Coding proficiency in HMTL, CSS (Cascading Stylesheets) and working knowledge of JavaScript.

•    Occasional nights and weekends required, most directly as part of the creation, maintenance and evolution responsibility for the college’s institutional Web sites.

The Weather Channel - Counsel for Business Development

OVERVIEW



The Weather Channel is seeking a highly qualified, Director-level attorney to structure, negotiate and draft content licensing, digital advertising, and software distribution agreements in support of the Business Development department.  Reporting to the Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs, the position will work closely with business development associates to realize new business goals and strategies and manage legal matters related to existing content-based products and services in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.  The successful candidate will enjoy counseling business partners directly, and will welcome having primary responsibility for agreements and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of the Business Development function.



This position requires strong drafting skills and demonstrable experience with intellectual property, technology, and content & data licensing matters.  In addition, experience with online and mobile advertising (including programmatic buying and ad networks) and software/application distribution (including mobile applications) is strongly preferred, as a significant portion of transactions will involve these areas.  A strong understanding and knowledge of the Internet and mobile space is a must.  Some knowledge of privacy law would also be an asset.

  • Review, draft and negotiate complex content licensing, software/application distribution and digital advertising agreements in support of the Business Development department.

  • JD degree from an accredited law school required.

  • Admitted to GA Bar or eligible to obtain admission as In-House Counsel.

As the leader of Pandora’s Pricing & Yield Management function, you will serve as a key member of our Operations team, providing analytical and strategic insights to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities:



  • Build deep business partner relationships with executives and management across Pandora, with core focus on the Sales, Sales Operations and Sales Marketing teams.

  • Serve as consultancy and service organization for Sales, partnering with Sales leadership to develop and execute pricing and inventory management strategy

  • Presales pricing and packaging; negotiation and deal flow support

  • Optimize inventory and targeting to meet objective of advertiser and maximize yield for Pandora

  • Build and leverage strong teams through hiring and development; should be skilled at managing all levels of performance with proven ability to provide timely, specific and constructive feedback

  • Effectively set direction and communicate expectations to team

Requirements:



  • Education: BA/BS degree in analytical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Finance (Masters or phD a plus)

  • 10+ years professional experience in a analytics, yield/revenue management, or related role with relevant experience in media (Radio, Digital) a plus

  • Experience building new toolsets and reporting for a diverse multi-channel revenue strategy

  • Exceptional collaboration skills that demonstrate openness and flexibility while driving towards common goals.

  • Experience managing and clearly communicating change efforts in a high-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide practical business applications and insights from large data sets
